10.74

述曰：《攝論》說：由思擇、修習二力，令前六度無間現行。無性云：此中且說二力，其餘諸力亦攝在中，思擇諸法而修習故。四十九云：所有十力加行清淨，名力波羅蜜多。十力加行清淨者，此中何者為思擇、為修習，此文義配可知。《瓔珞》有三：一、報通力；二、修定通力；三、變化通力。

The Commentary states: The Mahāyānasaṃgraha says: Due to the two powers of discrimination and cultivation, one causes the previous six pāramitās to be continuously active. Asanga (Wuxing) says: Here, two powers are provisionally spoken of; the other powers are also subsumed within them, because one cultivates having discriminated all dharmas. Fascicle Forty-nine says: The purified preparatory effort of all ten powers is named the power pāramitā. Concerning the purified preparatory effort of the ten powers, which of these is discrimination and which is cultivation can be known by matching the meanings in the text. The Yingluo jing has three: first, the supernormal power of karmic retribution; second, the supernormal power of cultivating dhyāna; third, the supernormal power of magical transformation.
