10.99

述曰：無相智所攝受者，即第六不執三輪清淨等。迴向最勝中與第二別者，彼有道心未必一切迴向菩提，此乃迴向。清淨勝中，為離二障行於度也。不為彼雜，謂三時無悔等。

The Commentary states: "Embraced by signless wisdom" means the sixth [perfection's wisdom] not grasping the purity of the three wheels, and so forth. Where "supreme dedication" differs from the second is that [in the second] there is the aspiration for awakening, but it is not necessarily all dedicated to bodhi, whereas here it is dedicated. In "supreme purity," one practices the perfections in order to be free from the two obscurations. Not being interspersed by them refers to being without regret in the three periods of time, and so forth.
