述曰：自下第三、雙破有對及無對也。於中有二：初問；次破。此即初也。此外人問：有對、無對既說為無，表、無表色豈非實有？世尊說有業及戒故。

The Commentary states: Next is the third part, jointly refuting resistant and non-resistant forms. In this there are two parts: first, the question; second, the refutation. This is the first. Here an opponent asks: Since resistant and non-resistant [forms] are said to be non-existent, are not manifest and unmanifest forms truly existent? For the World-Honoured One taught that there are action (karma) and moral restraint (śīla).
