述曰：若非是動是動因者，即應是風大，風大能動故。量云：汝身業應即風界；許體是色，能動因故；如風大等。設許是風，不應名表，無表示故；如水、火等。

The Commentary states: If it is not movement but the cause of movement, it should be the wind element, because the wind element can move things. The syllogism is: Your bodily karma should be the wind element; because its substance is accepted to be form, and it is the cause of movement; like the wind element and so on. Even if accepted to be wind, it should not be called manifest, because it has no indication; like water, fire, and so forth.
