述曰：前解思業名為業道，此下第二，正解身、語名業道義，思所造作，非能造作故，如文可知。

The Commentary states: The preceding explained volition-karma being called paths of karma; the following, second part, directly explains the meaning of body and speech being called paths of karma. They are that which is created by volition, not that which can create; therefore, it can be understood from the text.
