述曰：有法如前。此中假法，共許瓶等；不共許，忿等。今但總言，汝不相應行定非實有；除假以外，許餘實法所不攝故；如餘假法。此中「餘」言，顯色心等所不攝也。不言「許」者，隨一不成。文外量云：汝不相應行名，非有此實體；此餘心等所不攝故；如瓶、忿等。《顯揚》十八具廣破此，不繁廣引。

The Commentary states: The subject is as before. Among nominal dharmas here, commonly accepted ones are jars and so forth; uncommonly accepted ones are wrath and so forth. Now it is merely said in general: Your viprayukta-saṃskāras are definitely not real entities; because, outside of nominal dharmas, they are not subsumed under other accepted real dharmas; just like other nominal dharmas. The word "other" here indicates that they are not subsumed under form, mind, and so forth. If one does not say "accepted", it would commit the fallacy of being unestablished for one party (anyatarāsiddha). The inference outside the text states: The designations of your viprayukta-saṃskāras do not possess these real entities; because they are not subsumed under these other [real dharmas such as] mind and so forth; just like jars, wrath, and so forth. Prakaraṇāryavācā, fascicle 18, refutes this fully and extensively, so it is not cited at length.
