述曰：外人引有之教理也，此顯異生、聖者俱有得，經補特伽羅，數取趣也，即諸異生。十無學法者：一、無學正見；二、正思惟；三、正語；四、正業；五、正命；六、正精進；七、正念；八、正定；九、正解脫；十、正智。此十法義如別章說。

The Commentary states: The outsider cites scriptural and rational justification for existence. This demonstrates that both ordinary worldlings and noble ones possess acquisition. In the sūtra, pudgala means "one who takes recurring rebirths", namely the various ordinary worldlings. The ten dharmas of the one beyond training are: 1. right view of the one beyond training; 2. right intention; 3. right speech; 4. right action; 5. right livelihood; 6. right effort; 7. right mindfulness; 8. right concentration; 9. right liberation; 10. right knowledge. The meaning of these ten dharmas is as explained in a separate chapter.
