述曰：此牒彼計。「七寶現在」，可說自在名為成就。善、惡之法，理則不然，非必皆唯現在有故。

The Commentary states: This takes up their position: since the seven treasures exist in the present, one may say that mastery is called 'possession'. Wholesome and unwholesome phenomena, on the contrary, are logically not so, because they are not necessarily existent only in the present.
