述曰：未得、已失現行之法，現在必有善、惡、無記諸法種子，後得生故，於現種子，假名成就。已得真如者，有無漏種，須即緣故。善種等言，攝惡、無記及真如智，更無過失。

The Commentary states: For actualized phenomena that have not yet been acquired or have already been lost, there definitely exist in the present the seeds of wholesome, unwholesome, and indeterminate phenomena. Because they can arise subsequently, 'possession' is metaphorically designated with respect to present seeds. For those who have already acquired tathatā, there are anāsrava seeds, because conditions must immediately be present. The phrase 'wholesome seeds and so forth' encompasses unwholesome and indeterminate [seeds] as well as the wisdom that [realizes] tathatā; there is no fault whatsoever.
