述曰：即是現在及真如等，皆不離有情，何須得成就？過、未無法，前已論故，更不須成離有情者，實不可得。

The Commentary states: That is, the present, tathatā, and so forth are all not apart from sentient beings; why would they need prāpti for possession? Past and future are non-existent phenomena, which was already discussed before; there is no further need to possess them. What is apart from sentient beings is truly ungraspable.
