述曰：不離有情法，若離有情法，俱為無用，前何須故，後即無故。
The Commentary states: Whether phenomena are not apart from sentient beings or are apart from sentient beings, [prāpti] is entirely useless; for the former, why would it be needed? For the latter, it simply does not exist.
