述曰：下第三、宿因非假難，此牒正理師救，由同分為因，起同事、同欲故。

The Commentary states: Below is the third [refutation], the challenge that past causes are not nominal. This takes up the rescue attempted by the Nyāyānusāra master: that because commonality serves as the cause, common activities and common desires arise.
