述曰：自下第五、破薩婆多等實有四相。於中有四：初問外人；次外人答；第三廣破、第四述正。至下當知。此即初也。

The Commentary states: From here down is the fifth, refuting the Sarvāstivādins and others who hold that the four characteristics are substantially existent. Within this there are four parts: first, questioning the opponent; second, the opponent's reply; third, the extensive refutation; fourth, stating the correct view. They will be understood below. This is the first.
