述曰：此舉同喻及與宗法，謂立量云：汝諸無為，不應執為離色、心等實無為性；所知性故，或色、心等所顯性故；如色、心等。然色、心等非離色等實無為性，故以色等為其同喻。此中宗等，尋文可知。今此比量破歸唯識。

The Commentary states: This presents the positive example (sādharmya-dṛṣṭānta) and the predicate to be proven (sādhya-dharma). That is, formulating the syllogism: The unconditioned dharmas of your [school] should not be grasped as real unconditioned natures apart from form, mind, and so forth; because they are cognizable, or because they are natures revealed by form, mind, and so forth; just like form, mind, and so forth. Since form, mind, and so forth are not real unconditioned natures apart from form and so forth, form and so forth serve as the positive example. In this, the thesis and so forth can be understood by following the text. Now this inference brings the refutation back to vijñapti-mātra.
