述曰：下文有二：初審；後破。此問定宗，三無為法為體是一？為體是多？薩婆多師此有二說：一云是一；一云是多，故今俱破，如《婆沙》第十，虛空有二說。

The Commentary states: The text below has two parts: first, examining; later, refuting. This question determines their tenet: are the three unconditioned dharmas one in substance, or are they many in substance? The Sarvāstivāda masters have two views on this: one says they are one; one says they are many. Therefore, both are now refuted. As in the tenth fascicle of the Mahāvibhāṣā, there are two views regarding space.
