述曰：即此真如離諸障礙，故名虛空，由無漏惠簡擇力故，滅諸雜染。雜染之言通有漏法，究竟證會，即此真如名為擇滅，即由惠力方證會故。

The Commentary states: This very tathatā, being free from all obstacles, is called space. Through the discerning power of undefiled wisdom, all defilements are extinguished—the word 'defilements' encompasses all defiled phenomena—and when definitively realized and united with, this very tathatā is called cessation through deliberation, because it is only realized and united with through the power of wisdom.
