述曰：下隨別釋。此中顯彼俱生法執由自種子內因力生，釋其俱義。

The Commentary states: Below follows the separate explanation. Here it is shown that innate attachment to dharmas arises by the power of internal causes from its own seeds, explaining the meaning of "with" (sahaja).
