述曰：此破真事無，以說假我、法為能似，真我、法為所似。前破我、法中已總破彼真我、法訖，此即不極成之真事，故指如前。

The Commentary states: This refutes the non-existence of a real entity. This is because the conventional self and dharmas are posited as that which resembles, while the real self and dharmas are that which is resembled. Previously, in the refutation of the self and dharmas, those real selves and dharmas were already refuted in full. These are the real entities that are not universally established (aprasiddha), hence [the Treatise] points back to what precedes.
