述曰：下在人非德破，此牒計非，謂彼救言：水無赤德故，與火不相似也。人、火雖復猛、赤所依之實各別，以相似故可假說者，理亦不然。

The Commentary states: Below is the refutation that it resides in man and is not a quality. This cites their position and rejects it. That is, the opponent defends: 'Water lacks the quality of redness, so it does not resemble fire. Although the substances that serve as substrates for ferocity and redness in man and in fire are distinct, because they are similar they can be conventionally designated.' This principle is also incorrect.
