第七新熏、本有分別，於中有三：初唯本有，上古已來多說如此，今護法論師，敘近者護月等義。

Seventh, the discrimination between newly perfumed and innate seeds, within which there are three [positions]: first, that they are exclusively innate—from ancient times onward, this was mostly asserted; now the Treatise Master Dharmapāla recounts the view of recent figures such as Candragupta.
