述曰：此言即是會諸經論，第二子段也。諸經論言「由熏習有」，此謂增長，非新成故。此中本有寧異僧佉？彼是常故，此有生滅。自下第三、引有漏、無漏皆本有經等。

The Commentary states: These words are the reconciliation with various sūtras and treatises, the second subsection. Where various sūtras and treatises say 'they exist through perfuming', this refers to their increase, not to their newly coming into being. How does the 'innate' asserted here differ from that of the Sāṃkhyas? The latter is permanent, whereas this involves arising and ceasing. Below is the third part: citing sūtras and treatises showing that both contaminated and uncontaminated seeds are innate.
