述曰：此中言「界」，界即種子差別之名，故知種子皆法爾有。此下第二，是《阿毘達磨經》，即大乘通用。

The Commentary states: Here it says 'realm'; 'realm' is an alternative name for seed; therefore we know that seeds all exist naturally. Below is the second citation, from the Abhidharma-sūtra, which is commonly used in the Mahāyāna.
