述曰：於中有四：一、立宗；二、釋難；三、引證；四、解違。此第一也。一切有漏無漏種子，法爾新生，此第一立宗也。自下第二、釋難。

The Commentary states: Herein there are four parts: 1. establishing the thesis; 2. resolving objections; 3. citing scriptural proof; 4. reconciling contradictions. This is the first. All contaminated and uncontaminated seeds naturally arise anew; this is the first part, establishing the thesis. Below is the second part, resolving objections.
