述曰：非無漏能熏亦無始有故，有漏種子無始成就，即是難陀會前所引，一切無始有漏種文。

The Commentary states: It is not the case that the uncontaminated perfumer also exists from beginningless time; therefore, only contaminated seeds are accomplished from beginningless time. This is Nanda reconciling all the previously cited passages regarding beginningless contaminated seeds.
