述曰：等流正法，正法從法界平等而流出，從正智等次第生故。《攝論》第三卷，出世淨章中說，聞熏習聞淨法界等流正法，而熏習起故。又《瑜伽論》五十二說，從真如所緣緣種子生，與此文同。

The Commentary states: 'The correct Dharma of natural outflow' means that the correct Dharma flows out equally from the dharmadhātu, because it is produced in succession from correct gnosis and so forth. In the third fascicle of the Mahāyānasaṃgraha, in the chapter on supramundane purification, it states that the perfuming of hearing is perfumed and evoked by hearing the correct Dharma flowing out from the pure dharmadhātu. Furthermore, fascicle fifty-two of the Yogācārabhūmi-śāstra states that it arises from seeds whose objective-support condition is tathatā, which agrees with this passage.
