述曰：約煩惱等可斷之義，說後無漏種子可生，名為成就，非無漏種未熏之時即有體性。

The Commentary states: In terms of the meaning that afflictions and so forth can be severed, it is said that subsequent untainted seeds can arise, which is called 'possessing'; it does not mean that untainted seeds already have an substantial nature prior to being perfumed.
