自下第二、破分別論，諸邪分別皆名「毘婆闍婆提」，即大眾、一說、說出世、雞胤四部，因諍無漏無因緣故，今亦敘破。本即大乘唯說新熏心溷師等，名分別論，亦作是說。

Below is the second part, refuting the Vibhajyavādins. All erroneous distinctions are named 'Vibhajyavādin,' which refers to the four schools: Mahāsāṃghika, Ekavyāvahārika, Lokottaravāda, and Gokulika (Kaukkukika). Because they dispute untainted dharmas having no cause and condition, they are now recounted and refuted. Originally, Mahāyāna teachers whose minds were muddled who asserted only new perfuming were also called Vibhajyavādins, and they too made such assertions.
