述曰：以有漏善心性淨故，不善、無記亦應名善，心性淨故，如有漏善。

The Commentary states: Because the nature of sāsrava good mind is pure, non-good and indeterminate [minds] should also be called good, because their nature of mind is pure, just like the sāsrava good mind.
