述曰：又難相違得互為因，若有漏心性是無漏，無漏心性應是有漏；以相違故；如有漏性。若唯有漏性是無漏，非無漏心性是有漏，差別所以不可得故。若勝劣故，劣可有勝性，非勝有劣性，以勝劣故。劣有勝性，以相違故，劣無勝性，是對治故，應無勝性。

The Commentary states: It also raises the objection against mutually opposed [factors] serving as mutual causes: If sāsrava minds were anāsrava in nature, anāsrava minds should be sāsrava in nature; because they are mutually opposed; like the sāsrava nature. If only the sāsrava nature were anāsrava, and the nature of anāsrava mind were not sāsrava, a distinguishing reason cannot be found. If it were due to superiority and inferiority, so that the inferior could have a superior nature while the superior could not have an inferior nature: because of superiority and inferiority, if the inferior had a superior nature, then because they are mutually opposed, the inferior would have no superior nature, and since it is an antidote, it should lack the superior nature.
