述曰：若心性淨即是無漏，諸異生位應無漏現行，許現行有漏心性淨故，如佛等聖，應名聖者。

The Commentary states: If the purity of the mind's nature is identical with anāsrava, then at the stage of ordinary beings anāsrava [dharmas] should be actively present, for it is claimed that the actively present sāsrava mind is pure in nature; like Buddhas and other noble ones, they should be called noble ones.
