第四大段，釋外問經、論等妨難。唯新熏難言：論說內種定有熏習，此如何通有本有故？

The fourth major section resolves objections and difficulties from external questions regarding sūtras and treatises. The objection from the proponent of newly perfumed seeds alone states: 'Treatises say internal seeds definitely require perfuming; how does this accommodate the existence of fundamentally existing seeds?'
