述曰：意顯無漏種子有、無等文可解。有圓寂法者，是有涅槃種姓也；無者，可知。

The Commentary states: The intention is to reveal the presence or absence of anāsrava seeds, etc., and the text is easy to understand. 'One who has the dharma of complete extinction' means one who has the lineage for nirvāṇa; the one who lacks it is understood.
