述曰：答中有二，初舉頌答；後自別解。論問起中，依義為問，以不可知無別體故，不為問也。

The Commentary states: In the answer there are two parts: first, citing the verse to answer; second, providing a separate explanation oneself. In raising the question, the treatise poses the question according to the meaning; because the unknowable has no separate entity, it is not posed as a question.
