述曰：謂除所緣色外諸餘法，亦應為此緣色心緣，無所緣相故，如現自所緣色，他人亦爾。
The Commentary states: That is, all other dharmas apart from the cognized color should also be cognized by this citta that cognizes color; because it lacks the appearance of the cognized object; just like the color presently cognized by oneself; for other persons it is also like this.
