The Commentary states: Citing the Ghanavyūha-sūtra, the first two lines clarify that the internal mind exists and external objects are non-existent; the latter two lines clarify that the two parts, darśana and nimitta, exist within one's own internal mind, referring to their resembling the marks of the cognizer and the cognized. "Each naturally rolls on" means that the darśanabhāga and nimittabhāga each naturally arise from the coming together of their causes and conditions, without necessarily depending on an object outside the mind, or [depending on] what is posited as created by Maheśvara, only then being able to turn. Now, differing from those, the word "naturally" is spoken; therefore, when cognizing the hair of a tortoise, an image in the mind arises. This proves the existence of the two parts.
