述曰：見分為能量，第三為量果。若第三能量，立誰為量果、為量如前？彼若救云：第二見分為第三果。

The Commentary states: The darśanabhāga is the pramāṇa, and the third is the pramāṇaphala. If the third is the pramāṇa, what does one establish as the pramāṇaphala, taking it as a measure as before? If they try to rescue their view by saying: "The second, the darśanabhāga, is the result of the third."
