述曰：此言一切，即通凡聖、五趣有情、自他界地，己及外身。何以知者？契經說故，即《立世經》。第二破云：
The Commentary states: The word 'all' here encompasses ordinary beings and noble ones, sentient beings of the five destinies, one's own and other realms and stages, and one's own and external bodies. How is this known? Because the sūtra says so, namely the Lishi jing (Lokasthiti-śāstra). The second refutation says:
