述曰：此會經文，如言一切人共見此物，非他方界亦能見之，約小分故；業不同者，即不變故。若作是說，劫將壞時，既無現居、當生者故，是不盡理。此似月藏義，非實月藏計，似為有救，狹於月藏，第三破之。

The Commentary states: This harmonizes the scriptural passage. For instance, when one says 'all people together see this thing,' it does not mean that those in other world realms can also see it, because it is based on a small portion; those whose karma is not the same do not transform it. If one maintains this view, when the kalpa is about to be destroyed, there would be neither present residents nor those to be reborn, and so this [explanation] is not fully exhaustive in principle. This resembles the position of Candragarbha, yet is not truly the doctrine of Candragarbha; it seems to offer a defense, but is narrower than Candragarbha, and the third [master] refutes it.
