述曰：以此五種體是遍行心所攝故，決定相應。雖復不增亦不可減，定俱生滅，名遍行故。此在因位，故亦不與餘法相應，此下論中自當解釋。雖復藏識二乘能斷，斷已亦但五數相應，故至轉位諸心所俱。

The Commentary states: Because these five types essentially belong to the omnipresent mental factors, they are definitely associated [with it]. They cannot be increased, nor can they be decreased; they are definitely co-arising and co-ceasing, which is why they are called 'omnipresent'. This is in the causal stage, so it is also not associated with other factors, as the treatise below will naturally explain. Although the two vehicles can sever the storehouse consciousness, after it is severed it is still associated with only these five factors; therefore, arriving at the transformed stage, all mental factors accompany it.
