述曰：第三總結。有為諸法從緣而生，名為緣起，勸彼應信大乘正理。

The Commentary states: The third section is the general conclusion. Conditioned dharmas arise dependent on conditions, and are therefore called dependent origination; it exhorts them to believe the correct principle of the Mahāyāna.
