述曰：彼攝在此阿羅漢中，從本說故，故彼〈決擇〉之文，不違此中說義。三乘有學金剛心位，雖斷煩惱，我執種無，以時少故，彼論不說，此亦不論。二乘有學迴心向大，不名不退，起煩惱故，下第二說。

The Commentary states: They are subsumed here under arhats because they are spoken of in terms of the fundamental basis; therefore, the text of that "Viniścaya[saṃgrahaṇī]" does not contradict the principle stated here. In the state of the vajropamasamādhi of the practitioners with training of the three vehicles, although defilements are severed and the seeds of ātmagrāha are absent, because the time is brief, that treatise does not mention it, nor does this one discuss it. The practitioners with training of the two vehicles who turn their minds toward the Mahāyāna are not called non-retrogressing, because they still generate defilements, as will be explained in the second [interpretation] below.
