述曰：第二破也。六識我見，四地不行。七地以前，第七我見猶現行故，為此難也。前第二師作如此難。

The Commentary states: The second part is the refutation. The view of self of the six consciousnesses does not occur in the fourth stage. Prior to the seventh stage, the view of self of the seventh [consciousness] still actively manifests, which is why this critique is raised. The second master from before raises this critique.
