述曰：十地菩薩所起煩惱不為過失，非預流等。以預流等所起煩惱，皆不正知為過失故，如《瑜伽論》七十七八說：菩薩起煩惱有三，一名無染污相，謂正知故起等。

The Commentary states: The defilements generated by bodhisattvas of the ten stages do not constitute faults, unlike the stream-enterer and others. Because the defilements generated by the stream-enterer and others all lack correct knowing and constitute faults, as fascicles 77 and 78 of the Yogācārabhūmi state: the defilements generated by bodhisattvas have three [features], the first being the mark of non-defilement, meaning they arise through correct knowing, and so on.
