3.79

述曰：此遮他身許為可熏，及剎那前後，不相應故，無和合義故非所熏。異經部師前念之識熏後念類。

The Commentary states: This excludes another's body being permitted as perfumable, and preceding and succeeding moments, because they are not concomitant and lack the meaning of harmony; therefore they are not the perfumed. This differs from the Sautrāntika masters' [view] that the consciousness of the preceding moment perfumes the class of the succeeding moment.
