述曰：此唯如來地，非菩薩、二乘，果未圓滿，功德劣故，四智未得故。此無漏位唯是善性，如來無有異熟法故，非業、煩惱所招身故，一切功德皆圓滿故，無有不善。

The Commentary states: This is exclusively the Tathāgata-bhūmi, not that of bodhisattvas or the two vehicles, because their fruition is not yet perfected, their virtues are inferior, and the four wisdoms have not yet been attained. This anāsrava stage is exclusively of the wholesome nature, because the Tathāgata has no vipāka dharmas, because his body is not summoned by karma and defilements, because all virtues are fully perfected, and because there is nothing unwholesome.
