述曰：貪等本六及隨煩惱二十二法，性是染故，必不俱有。何故不與不定相應？
The Commentary states: Because the six root defilements of greed and so on and the twenty-two secondary defilements are defiled in nature, they are definitely not concurrent. Why is it not associated with indeterminate factors?
