述曰：執為內我，簡法我、他我，至金剛心恒行不息故。阿賴耶識是真愛著處，彼部計云：執餘蘊等，但是貪所著處即名阿賴耶故。

The Commentary states: Grasping it as an internal self sets it apart from a self of phenomena or a self of another; because it operates constantly without ceasing up to the diamond-like mind, the ālayavijñāna is the true locus of cherished attachment. That school maintains that grasping other aggregates and so on, simply being the locus to which greed attaches, is therefore called ālaya.
