述曰：此類，應不受熏，汝許有記故，如擇滅。此中宗略，若難不持種，便違宗失，非自不許彼故。

The Commentary states: This category should not receive perfuming; because you accept that it has a determined moral quality (vyākṛta); like pratisaṃkhyā-nirodha. Here the thesis is abbreviated; if one objects that it does not hold seeds, there would be the fault of contradicting one's own thesis, since we ourselves do not deny that to that [pratisaṃkhyā-nirodha].
