述曰：說趣生體，以經為證。通破一切有、經部等諸部，皆說得也。

The Commentary states: Stating the substantial entity of destinies (gati) and modes of birth (yoni), taking scripture as proof. This generally refutes all schools, such as the Sarvāstivādins and the Sautrāntikas, and can be stated against all of them.
