述曰：執有漏身唯異熟心，非善等心。雖佛善心亦能執受，執善無漏非有漏身，故作是說。

The Commentary states: That which appropriates the tainted body is only the retribution mind, not a wholesome or other mind. Although the Buddha's wholesome mind is also capable of appropriating, it appropriates a wholesome, untainted [body], not a tainted body; therefore it was stated thus.
